1. By supplying tapes or other materials to DVD Productions, customers acknowledge and agree that DVD Productions is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to tapes or other provided material during the transfer process or while in transit.
   
   
2. Please send the best copy of your video tape. If it is the original or master footage, be sure to have a back up copy of it. DVD Productions will not be responsible for lost or damaged tapes.
   
   
3. To the best of my knowledge, the video material I am submitting to DVD Productions for transfer is not protected by copyright or owned by another.
